SP4000 can be used for upstream and downstream pressure control. It is a direct-operated universal pressure regulator by Spring-setting.
It can be applied to various types of low corrosive gas and low viscosity liquid, water, natural gas, steam etc.
The minimum control pressure is 3KPa and the maximum control pressure is 3000KPa.
The minimum operation temperature is -54.4ºF (-48ºC) and the maximum operation temperature is 572ºF (300ºC).
Can be used the condition of large pressure difference.

The pressure reducing valve allows medium to enter the actuator, so the overload of the system usually badly damaged the regulator. The overload protection mechanism of SP4000 regulator can safely bear the overload pressure one or several times higher than the upper limit pressure of the regulation range. The overload pressure can reach the nominal pressure of the valve in most configurations.
